Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery Improvements is an annual program that receives allocated funding each year for the replacement and upgrading of aging infrastructure. The improvements planned for 2023 include the final phase of a four phase irrigation system upgrade and other works such as office HVAC improvements, scheduled re-caulking of the Promontory Green and improvements to the Legacy Gardens.
