We take COVID-19 seriously and follow Provincial direction to help safely navigate this pandemic. See below for more information and to learn about any impacts or adjustments to City services due to COVID-19. 

Interior Health and the gov.bc.ca/covid19 should remain your primary source of information for the latest updates to the pandemic response and restrictions.  

Status of City Services

All City facilities are open and services have resumed with safety measures in place. You can also do business with us online or by phone. Online services include the ability to submit a service request, pay a parking ticket, apply for a new business license and more. Find a full list of available services online.  City Council meetings and public hearings are also streamed online at kelowna.ca/council.

Public safety measures
  • Do not enter any City facility if you are feeling ill
  • Online options are available for many services
  • Frequent cleaning/disinfection of high traffic and high touch areas 
  • Hand sanitizer readily available to visitors 
  • Plexiglass barriers and safety signage as needed at customer service points
  • Facility visitors are welcome to wear a mask or face covering when visiting the facility at their own discretion
  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required under Provincial order as of April 8, 2022
