Replacement of existing cooling tower, replacement of existing chiller and upgrade with a high efficiency chiller including new circulating pump(s) and controls and add dedicated heat recovery, add Distribution Pump VFD, replacement of existing electrical MCC panel(s), remove pneumatics control system, optimize boiler plant, add demand control ventilation to Council Chambers air system, Optimize AHU fan speed and occupancy control, recommission existing VAV Boxes, Air Handler 1 Return Fan VFD Replacement, re-configure Condenser Piping/Control Staging, retrofit Mechanical Room drainage.
